When do I receive my payouts?

By default, your payouts are set to daily. If you don’t want to receive daily payouts, you also have the option of weekly or monthly. Depending on your bank's settlement procedures it can take up to 3-5 business days from the transaction date to the day the funds appear on your bank account.

How do I use SumUp and set up the Air card reader?

We believe in simplicity. That’s why all our products and services are easy to set up and even easier to use. Sign up with SumUp in seconds and follow these steps to set up your reader:

Open up the SumUp App and log in.

Enter €1.00 into the keypad and tap "Charge". The card reader should now switch on.

Confirm the detection of your card reader in the SumUp App by clicking "Connect" once the 3-digit number shown within the app matches that of the 3-digit serial number on the back of your reader.

Your card reader will now sync your profile information. This will take about 2 minutes.

How do I pay contactless with the Air card reader?

The Air accepts all kinds of payments. You can get paid through an NFC payment, Chip and PIN, and even through Google Pay or Apple Pay. Your customer just has to tap their card down on your contactless card reader to complete a purchase.
