How do I take card payments with the Solo card reader?

Processing credit card payments with your SumUp Solo couldn’t be easier. You’ll be able to take card payments from:

• Google Pay 
• Apple Pay

Can my customers pay via contactless with the Solo card payment machine?

Your payment terminal can take all kinds of payments. Get paid contactlessly, with a Chip and PIN, and even through Google and Apple Pay. For contactless payments, simply have your customer tap their card down on your payment terminal to complete their purchase. Please note, that this will only work if the amount selected is within the contactless payment limit.

How do I attach my Solo reader to the printer?

When you receive your Solo and printer you’ll find the card reader already attached and docked. Removing and reinserting the Solo into the printer is really simple though. You’ll find a user guide in the box with some simple instructions for docking the card reader and adding paper.
